The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from a college/university or equivalent
- Vision, ability to think outside the box, and capability to implement vision
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills, especially in marketing and ROI business principles
- Intelligent, independent, adaptable thinker
- Focused, detail-oriented, organized task manager
- Experience in Pay-Per-Click is highly desirable
- Internet industry experience and/or online gaming strategy experience is desirable
- Comfortable with flexible/evolving business structure
- Ability to fully research and become an expert in specialized industries
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Passion for creativity with English keywords and ads
- Experience with product management and utilizing advanced technology
Additionally, the ideal team manager candidate will have. (Exp- 4 to 6 year experience)
- Leadership experience
- Motivation and driving influence on team
Campaign associates and managers will report into the team manager, located in India. The team manager will report into directors within our US organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and strategizing initiatives that are complex in scope
- Launching, managing and optimizing campaigns on multiple search engines
- Keyword cost-per-click bidding and strategic analysis
- Keyword expansion and ad creation
- Implementing campaign automation through product management and leveraging technology
- Effectively communicating with teams in the United States
Additional responsibilities for the team manager include:
- Starting up your own team of highly skilled campaign professionals
- Growing and expanding your team
- Establishing business processes and reporting into US directors
QUALIFICATION: MBA, PGDBM,BE/B.Tech
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in PPC, SEO, SEM.
- Experience in Business Development, International Marketing, Strategic Background, Finance Management..
- We are looking for candidates for our Campaign Associate, Manager and Team Manager with the following years of experience:
- Campaign Associate: 0 – 1 Year
- Campaign Associate (Level 2): 1 – 2 Years
- Campaign Manager: 2 – 3 Years
- Team Manager: 4+ Years
